本次IPO，德州扒鸡拟募资7.5778亿元，其中4.5亿元用于德州扒鸡（苏州）有限责任公司新建食品加工项目、7094万元用于速冻扒鸡生产线建设项目、2.4亿元用于营销网络及品牌升级建设项目建设。
