德州扒鸡称，此为保持并扩大公司的行业地位，公司需要增加资本性投入以扩大产能。如公司低温产品特性导致运输半径较短，目前只能覆盖山东及京津冀周边省份，产品配送半径限制已经成为制约公司未来营业水平持续增长的主要瓶颈。希望开拓江浙沪等区域，以扩大公司产品市场的占有率。

本次IPO，德州扒鸡拟募资7.5778亿元，其中4.5亿元用于德州扒鸡（苏州）有限责任公司新建食品加工项目、7094万元用于速冻扒鸡生产线建设项目、2.4亿元用于营销网络及品牌升级建设项目建设。

目前联合循环电厂中燃机前置模块的燃气加热系统有几种，一种为用燃机压气机出口的一部分高温高压排气通过大气中的空气作为中间介质去加热燃机的进口燃气。即燃机压气机的一部分排气先加热大气中的空气，然后被加热的空气再去加热燃机的进口燃气，空气来自大气又排入大气。这种燃气加热系统一方面由于是一种开放式系统，经过加热系统排出的空气具有一定的温度，造成部分能量损耗和给环境带来热污染，另一方面用通过燃机做功得来的压气机出口排气去直接加热空气再通过空气去加热机的进口燃气，这样大温差的传热不符合能源的梯级利用，不利于节能。
另一种燃气加热系统为用联合循环中余热锅炉的中压省煤器出口一部分给水去加热燃机的进口燃气，在联合循环机组启动阶段，回水回到凝汽器，机组带一定负荷后，回水切换到余热锅炉的低压省煤器进口，这种系统由于有一路回水与凝汽器相连，并设置当回水温度较高时开启，一方面给凝汽器增加了热负荷，另一面也造成了热量的损失，不利于节能，另外，也增加与凝汽器相连接的管道加大了凝汽器真空泄漏的概率。

The heat transfer with such a large temperature difference does not conform to the cascade utilization of energy and is not conducive to energy conservation.

Another kind of gas heating system is to heat the inlet gas of the gas turbine with a part of the feed water at the outlet of the medium-pressure economizer of the waste heat boiler in the combined cycle. At the start-up stage of the combined cycle unit, the return water returns to the condenser. After the unit is loaded to a certain extent, the return water is switched to the inlet of the low-pressure economizer of the waste heat boiler. This system has a return water connected to the condenser and is set to open when the return water temperature is high, On the one hand, it adds heat load to the condenser, on the other hand, it also causes heat loss, which is not conducive to energy conservation. In addition, it also increases the probability of vacuum leakage of the condenser by increasing the pipes connected with the condenser.
